Select Automotive

These guys went above and beyond to complete the necessary repairs to get us back on the road the SAME day I brought it in. My family was traveling through the area pulling the boat when we started having over heating issues. I called almost every shop near us but none of them could do anything for us right away. Which I know is usually just normal with auto repair. But Select Automotive got it done! I couldn’t speak more highly of Bill. A great guy to meet along the way as well. Thank you guys for being there for us!

Very honest and transparent! Very hard to find a shop like this. I needed a FOB programmed. I had to take the truck back sooner then Bill had anticipated. He informed the tech I needed to cancel and graciously rescheduled me for first thing the next morning. Good Honest People!!

Save yourself the money and go somewhere else. I brought my 2008 Acura TL here for one main reason: to fix an overheating issue and a check engine light. They kept my car for 11 days and charged me nearly $2,000. After all that, I got my car back with the exact same overheating problem and the exact same check engine light. As a 19-year-old, I don’t have thousands of dollars to throw away. I trusted this shop because I thought they knew what they were doing. Instead, I feel like I paid for a bunch of parts and labor that never solved the actual problem I came in for. The most frustrating part is that I wasted almost two weeks without my car, lost time, lost money, and still have to fix it myself. That’s unacceptable. If your shop can’t diagnose and repair the problem you were hired to fix, don’t charge people like you did. I walked away feeling disappointed, frustrated, and like my trust was completely misplaced. I won’t be coming back, and I can’t recommend this shop based on my experience.

Bill & his son at Select Automotive made my experience pleasant. They explained to me in detail all of the info I needed to make a decision about my exhaust project. I will definitely be back for other work on my vehicles since they did such a great job. The quality of the finished product is amazing!

Very friendly, courteous and professional place. The owner Bill schedules me and accommodates for my needs every time I need to have my vehicle serviced. The technicians are top-tier and have never steered me wrong with any service that I have received. Highly recommend giving them your business when your car needs the service.
